You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund and reverse any payments already made by you.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
- For orders that are not acceptable, HA Spices reserves the right, to refuse or cancel any order. This can be due to:
a. Unavailability of product
b. Inaccurate pricing listed on website
c. Any other reason, due to market conditions
- If an order is cancelled after your payment is accepted, the full amount will be refunded.
- You will get a refund in your bank account within 30 days.
- Orders placed online can be cancelled only before shipping of the order.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. No refunds will be made on such orders unless the product is damaged or if a wrong product has been delivered.

- Customers will be bound by our cancellation policy and shall not hold Suhana liable for any losses incurred because of cancellation or return of the order.
- If the products are shipped back by the customer, a fixed delivery amount of Rs.100/- will be added in the refund on receipt and verification of the returned items.
